excellent design oceanfront unit
The architectural design is very excellent. I secured a wonderful oceanfront unit. The landscaping offers beauty around the resort.
The music at night was very loud, I could not sleep.

Excellent Stay at a Relaxing Spot
friendly staff easy access relaxing experience
The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I particularly enjoyed the easy access to Prickly Pear Island (it is a very beautiful location). The hot tub was a highlight. It provided a relaxing experience.
Housekeeping was inconsistent. They did not refill water in the fridge daily. (I found out other guests were receiving that service). I hope they resolve this minor issue.

The hotel offers convenient access to nearby attractions. Dickinson Bay Beach and a variety of local restaurants are close. (Le Bistro is not far). The international airport is also a short drive away.

polite staff respectful staff clear water worn rooms poor cleanliness window algae
i found the staff very polite and respectful. the hotel knew my name. the pools were beautiful, Prickly Pear Island had crystal clear waters.
the hotel rooms seemed very WORN out. the cleanliness was not up to standard. the windows had algae growing on them.
